It's very easy to use and very fast. I recognize the need for keeping your hard drive clean for more efficient use and in the past have used several producst to do this. WinCleaner allows me to do all that with just one product. After you install it you can configure it to do what you want it to do. From that point forward you just have to remember to click one button to run the software. Works beautifully and keeps my 4 year hard drive running smoothly. I even felt so sure about it I let 2 of my friends use it too, as it says 3 people are allowed to use it, and they seem very pleased with it too! Its EASY to use, Ideal for people who aren't too familiar with computers, and for those that are it has options to get more specific in its tasks. <br /> <br />I am satisfied with it. I am pleased that it was easy enough that my friend had no problems either with it. I am satisfied with it. I am pleased that it was easy enough that my friend had no problems either with it. For me, I know enough about computers that I can play with the more specific options, but it was Great that she could use it too!

Contacted the manufacturer and problem resolved after 3 hours of back and forth email messages. Account was reset and was able to register through email message with update patch. Now it is working and it really helps to make my computer (intel celeron and 1gb of memory) run more efficient. Despite initial issue, I recommend this product.
